We are pleased to announce that starting Monday August 10, 2020, The Pines of Olean will begin outside visitation for residents and families. New York State Department of Health requires that the facility and all visitors follow strict guidelines during visitation. These guidelines include: visitor screening, face masks for visitors and residents, 6 feet social distancing, and a strict limit of 2 visitors per resident. Appointments will be required, and can still be scheduled through the Receptionist Pam during regular business hours, by calling 716-373-1910. You will be contacted if you previously scheduled appointment will need to be changed, as we have made some changes in the available times to better serve our families. We look forward to seeing everyone soon!
These are the hours:
- Monday 9:30am-11:00am and 1:30pm – 4:00pm
- Tuesday 1:30pm- 4:00pm and 5:30pm-6:30pm
- Wednesday and Thursday 9:30am-11:00am 1:30pm – 3:30pm
- Every 3rd Saturday of the month (8/15/20, 9/19/20, 10/16/20 etc…) 9:30 am-11:30 pm
